LOCKDOWN UPDATE JANUARY 2021:
Important information on store opening and continuation of our services.
Following the government’s announcement, we are unable to open our store from the
5th January until further notice.
We can however continue to offer our workshop services on an appointment only basis
for Mobile phone, Laptop and PC repairs & upgrades
Sales of goods through a phone & collect service only
Please read the instructions carefully if you require our services
WORKSHOP SERVICES FOR REPAIRS / UPGRADES / WARRANTY
-You will need to pre-book your service by email, messenger or by phoning our store.
(01455 557096) If we are not at the store there will be an answer phone service,
please leave your details and we will contact you
-We will take all of your details
-We will advise a time window for you to bring your Phone/PC/Laptop in to store
-Once you are outside you will need to knock our door and we will come out and will
collect your item from you.
-You will be contacted with cost of service before we proceed with any work.
-Once your PC/Laptop is ready we will contact you for payment and provide a time
window for collection
-Upon collection please do not attempt to enter the shop as it will be closed. Please
knock the door and we will return your goods to you.
SALES OF GOODS
-If you wish to purchase an item you will need to email or phone with the items you
require
-Customers can ring 01455 557096 weekdays to order items , should we not be available
there will be an answerphone. Please leave a message and we will call you
-If we have the items in stock or your order is ready for collection we will arrange
a time slot for you to collect.
-CUSTOMERS CAN NOT ENTER THE STORE TO COLLECT ITEMS
-You will need to knock the door once you are outside the shop. We can then take
payment and hand the goods over outside the store
NO CUSTOMERS CAN ENTER THE STORE AT ANY POINT SO WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ANY DEMONSTRATIONS
